If you are enrolled in Medical Plan Option A or B, your mental health & substance abuse coverage is through Halcyon Behavioral Health. Preauthorization is required for all mental health and substance abuse services. If you are enrolled in Medical Plan Option C, your coverage is through Kaiser.
